Mike Flynn, Business Manager & Financial Secretary
Mike is our principal officer. He is responsible for organizing, establishing friendly relations with employers, protecting our jurisdiction, and managing our trust funds. Mike allocates staff and resources in order to fulfill his mandate under our Constitution and By-laws.

Scott Ashton, Assistant Business Manager
Scott negotiates and administers our collective agreements with ADT (Branches 79 and 80),  CMC (Marconi Canada), City of Vancouver (EOB / Inspectors & Technicians), City of New Westminster, Edwards Alarms,  Mainland Total Technology, Stingray Digital, Chubb Alarms and Troy Sprinklers (Kelowna and Victoria).

John Pesa, Assistant Business Manager
John is responsible for negotiating and administering our collective agreements with Vancouver Shipyards, Allied Shipyards, Vancouver Drydock, Van Mar Electric, McRae Electric (Marine Division), Pattison Sign (Vancouver), Vancouver School Board Westburne Electric, Gescan, Anixter, MABE and Frontier Kemper. John is a trustee of the Local 213 Electrical Workers' Pension Plan and the Health and Benefits Plan, and represents the Union on the Electrical Joint Training Committee.

Rod Russell, Assistant Business Manager
Rod is responsible for negotiating and administering our collective agreements with FortisBC, Pattison Sign (Penticton) Black and McDonald and the cities of Kelowna, Summerland, and Penticton.

Harry Van Beest, Assistant Business Manager
Harry is responsible for our construction electricians as well as the electricians at Simon Fraser University.   He is responsible for membership development (organizing) in the electrical construction industry.  Harry facilitates the electrician's orientation (new members) as well as shop steward training and other training with the local union.  He also facilitates courses for the Canadian Labour Congress. Harry is our delegate to the Vancouver and District Labour Council, the New Westminster and District Labour Council, and Fraser Valley Labour Council. Harry sits on the BC Safety Authority Electrical Technology Committee and the BC Federation of Labour Safety Committee.  Harry is also the President of the Electrical Joint Training Committee.  Harry can be found on Twitter as Electrician213.

Gord Van Dyck, Assistant Business Manager
Gord negotiates and administers our collective agreements with FortisBC (Gas Operations) and Pacific Northern Gas. Gord is also responsible for administering our Legal Defense Fund and Privacy Policy.

Adam Van Steinburg, Dispatcher
Adam dispatches wiring, neon, marine, and communications workers. Adam is the Union Construction Safety Officer. He is a trustee of the Local 213 Electrical Workers' Pension Plan and the Health and Benefits Plan. He is also our delegate to the Fraser Valley Labour Council.

Mirko negotiates and administers our collective agreements with Shaw Cablesystems (Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver and White Rock), Beaver Electrical Machinery, Coastal Cable, Delta Cable, GE Canada, Pacific West Cable,  Horizon Communications, Viatek, and SOS Communications.
