Today we received the Labour Relations Board Vice Chair's decision on the application by Vancouver Shipyards. The Vice Chair dismissed the employer's application.

Canadian Merchant Services Guild (CMSG) set up a picket line at Vancouver Shipyard on Thursday, August 25, and IBEW 213 members will honour their picket line.
IBEW members are bound by the IBEW Constitution and are required to honour legal picket lines set up by other labour organizations. Contraventions to the constitution may be subject to charges.
Members honoring picket lines cannot be subjected to discipline by the employer. If there is threat of discipline, please contact your Assistant Business Manager:
