Rick Dowling, Business Manager & Financial Secretary

Rick is IBEW 213's principal officer. He is responsible for organizing, establishing friendly relations with employers, protecting our jurisdiction, and managing our trust funds. Mike Flynn, Assistant Business Manager

Mike negotiates and administers our collective agreements with ADT (Branches 79 and 80),  CMC (Marconi Canada), City of Vancouver (EOB / Inspectors & Technicians), City of New Westminster, Edwards Alarms,  Mainland Total Technology,Q Music, and Troy Sprinklers (Kelowna and Victoria).
Rod Russell, Assistant Business Manager

Rod is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's collective agreements with FortisBC, Pattison Sign (Penticton) and the cities of Kelowna, Summerland, and Penticton.

John Pesa, Assistant Business Manager

John is responsible for negotiating and administering collective agreements with Vancouver Shipyards, Allied Shipyards, Vancouver Drydock, Van Mar Electric, McRae Electric (Marine Division), Pattison Sign (Vancouver), SFU, Vancouver School Board and Bilfinger Berger. John also assists Harry Van Beest with membership development in the electrical construction industry.  John is a trustee of the Local 213 Electrical Workers' Pension Plan and the Health and Benefits Plan, and represents the Union on the Electrical Joint Training Committee.
Henry Pritchard, Assistant Business Manager

Henry is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's collective agreements with Anixter Canada, Camco, Chubb Security, Direct Energy (formerly Camco Service), Fujitsu, Gescan (Abbotsford, Coquitlam and Surrey), Guillevin (Gough Electric), MABE (formerly Camco), NCR Canada, and Westburne Electric.

Rav Ghuman, Assistant Business Manager
 
Rav is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's collective agreements with Sears Canada, Euro-Rite Cabinets, Maple Leaf Foods, Small Potatoes Urban Delivery and Trader Corporation.

Harry Van Beest, Assistant Business Manager

Harry is responsible for our construction electricians.   He is also responsible for membership development in the electrical construction industry.  Harry is our Occupational Health & Safety Officer, and our delegate to the Vancouver and District Labour Council. As well, Harry is the President of the Electrical Joint Training Committee.

Gord Van Dyck, Assistant Business Manager and Advocate

Gord negotiates and administers our collective agreement with Terasen Gas and FortisBC.   Gord is responsible for presenting grievances, applications, and complaints to boards of arbitration and labour boards. He is also responsible for making submissions to governments about public policy amendments.

Mirko Varga, Assistant Business Manager

Mirko negotiates and administers our collective agreements with Shaw Cable (Fraser, North Vancouver, White Rock & Whistler), Beaver Electric, Coastal Cable, Delta Cable, GE Canada, Pacific West Cable,  Supertech, Horrizon Communications, J-Com, Viatek, and SOS Communications.
