Rick Dowling
Business Manager & Financial Secretary
Rick is Local 213's principal officer. He is responsible for organizing, establishing friendly relations with employers, protecting our jurisdiction, and managing our trust funds. Rick allocates staff and resources in order to fulfill his mandate under Local 213's Constitution and By-laws.

Darcy Biln
Assistant Business Manager/Dispatcher
Darcy is responsible for administering the Inside Wiremen's Agreement. He serves our construction, maintenance, and service electricians. He also dispatches wiring, neon, marine, and communications workers.

Mike Flynn
Assistant Business Manager
Mike negotiates and administers our collective agreements with ADT Alarms, Ainsworth, Fortis (West Kootenay Power), BAE (Marconi Canada), City of New Westminster, City of Vancouver, Edwards Alarms, Logical Solutions, Mainland Sound, Princeton Light & Power, Q Music, and Trojan Security.

Randy Loski
Assistant Business Manager
Randy is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's`collective agreements with Terasen Gas, Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island), Pacific Northern Gas, and the cities of Kelowna, Summerland, and Penticton.

Henry Pritchard
Assistant Business Manager
Henry is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's collective agreements with Anixter Canada, Camco, Chubb Security, Fujitsu, Gescan, Guillevin (Gough Electric), NCR Canada,  and Westburne Electric.

Marge Randall
Assistant Business Manager
Marge is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's collective agreements with Trader.com, Sears Canada, and Small Potatoes Urban Delivery.

Harry Van Beest
Assistant Business Manager / Organizer
Harry is responsible for negotiating and administering Local 213's construction electricians, shipyards, Simon Fraser University, and Vancouver School Board. Harry is also responsible for organizing, he is our Occupational Health & Safety Officer, and he is our delegate to the Vancouver and District Labour Council.

Gord Van Dyck
Union Advocate
Gord is responsible for presenting grievances, applications, and complaints to boards of arbitration and labour boards. He is also responsible for making submissions to governments about public policy amendments.

                           
Mirko Varga
Assistant Business Manager
Mirko negotiates and administers our collective agreements with Beaver, Coastal, Delta, GE Canada, Monarch Broadband, Pacific West, Shaw, Supertech, J-Com, Horizon, Midvalley, Viatek, and SOS.
