As you may know, IBEW 213 members working for LEDCOR (LTS Solutions Ltd.) who perform contracted installation work on behalf of TELUS are on strike for a fair agreement.
IBEW members have been fighting for over two years for a collective agreement. Since organizing in 2017, the bargaining unit has dwindled down by almost half due to mass terminations and department shut downs.
During the dispute, LEDCOR (LTS Solutions Ltd.) has been using scab labour to perform IBEW members’ work.
We are calling on the labour movement to send TELUS and LEDCOR a message. If you need any TELUS services (Fiber / Phone / TV / Internet / Security System) to your home or business in BC, tell TELUS that Ledcor LTS scab labour is not welcome in your home or business, until this strike is resolved. These striking IBEW 213 members deserve a fair deal.
What else can you do?
Report Ledcor LTS scab workers in your area!
If you see a Ledcor vehicle working on behalf of TELUS in BC they are a SCAB. Some vehicles still have the Ledcor logo, but others have had the logo removed and look like the picture below. Please report these scabs (including location) by sending a text to 604-786-0304.
